Easy to Use

To begin your online consultation, just enter a question. Then fill in any details the doctor will need to understand the situation you describe. You can ask about any health issue for yourself or for someone else.

When you’re finished, just press ‘Send Question’. We then ask the age and sex of the patient and which part of the body is affected.

Easy to Pay

At the end we take your payment details. We don’t keep a record of your personal details - not even your name.

You won’t be charged until the doctor has answered your question. And there are no extra charges for asking your doctor further questions until you are fully satisfied.

Whenever the doctor sends an answer, you’ll be emailed with a link back to the site to read your password-protected answer.

Easy to Change

If you remember an important detail after you’ve asked your question, you can go back and change it.

Once a doctor has answered, you can no longer change the original question. But it’s easy to ask him/her to explain any points you’re not sure about in the answer. You have full access to your doctor for a week.
