    Can fibroadenomas turn cancerous?

I have had a breast fibroadenoma (left side) since my teens ( now 40) and would like to know if it can turn cancerous. I have recently been experiencing strange sensations in my lower legs and left arm which come and go - tightening and tingling . I have no swelling in my underarm lymph nodes but sometimes feel a prickling sensation under my left arm. I have arranged an appointment with my gp but would like to know what I am likley to face prior to attending. Would tests be able to confirm how long the fibroadenoma has been there for? Thank you

    BRCA2 issues

I've now had genetic testing and am all clear, but my sister hasn't been tested yet. Is there any evidence to suggest that the likelihood of her having BRCA2 fault is decreased given that her sibling doesn't have it?

My mother died of breast cancer and I am really worried - I’m not sure I want to know if it is....
