Have a smelly penis with some sort of white growth....also small white dots round the helmet.

Urinary/genito symptoms coupled with erectile dysfunction
I'm 23 years old and have for a while been experiencing a degree of erectile dysfunction. Initially the problem was maintainence of the erection (problem for about 18 months) though achieving erection (beyond a certain point) has become increasingly difficult over the last 6 months plus. I am still able to reach orgasm though the erections are not often strong and maintainence is challenging. My query is whether this is likely to have a reversable cause?
I wonder whether this might be connected to another chronic problem I have been experiencing which I suspect could be prostatic in origin. Every 6 months or so urinating shortly after ejaculation will cause a period of polyuria (in frequency) and is also associated with a slight penile discomfort, taking mild analgesia will always resolve the problem. I haven't noticed any other symptoms eg: haematuria
My height is approx 183cm and weight approx 85kg, I do have a family history of hypertension and high cholestrol

Penile numbness
Hi,
I have a rather embarrassing, probably self-inflicted problem. I have lost a lot of feeling, particularly in the shaft of my penis, but all over to varying extents. I have got to the point where I can squeeze the shaft as hard as I like and it does not hurt at all. Also, during sex I have little feeling. I still can get erections (do so in night too), but obviously the lack of feeling makes it hard to enjoy the 'sensation' of sex etc. over the act of it, which I can still always orgasm with. However, it is harder to maintain a full-erect penis due to this numbness. Using a condom takes away almost all feeling.
This all started most likely due to two things I have done
1) Cock ring/tieing band round penis while having sex/masturbating. Sometimes leaving it on at times to make it bigger etc. Including falling asleep with it on for 5 or 6 hours in one instance! Obviously this was a very bad thing to do. I'm fairly certain this is why it has happene, as I had a dramatic decrese in sensitivity directly after this in February this year.
2) Jelqing - 'penis lengthening exercises' whereby you squeeze penis to increase bloodflow and make it bigger. It has actually worked to some extent & makes it bigger for some time when do it, but doubt this is a healthy thing to do. However, although this obviously did not help, I still think 1) is the key here.
This is very embarrassing obviously, but I just wanted to know whether it is possible to PERMANENTLY cause nerve damage by constricting penis like I did. It was very cold afterwards (has been before too, but moreso when left it on accidently).
Any advice much appreicated as it has been 6 months now and no real improvement and it is all very scary as I am only 30. I know going to my doctor will be part of your advice, but I just wanted to know if you could provide me with any reponses on whether the use of bands/cock rings could cause permamenent damage & if there is anything I can do about it?

Foreskin Lump
I have a small lump, about the size of a Pea located within the skin of my foreskin. it is not under the skin of the penis, simply feels like within the foreskin itself. It has been there for a few years (too embarrased to go to a doctor) and causes me no pain or discomfort. Also, I have never been able to retract my foreskin fully over the head of the penis due to a skin "tag" that seems to connect my foreskin to the head of the penis, this means I cannot thoroughly clean therefore occasionally my penis head becomes sore with small red spots on the head and a cheesy like substance appearing. This tag also seems to be connected to the lump as I can feel it through my foreskin. The lump has only been prevelant within the last few years. As mentioned none of this causes me any pain or discomfort. Should I be worried about anything? Any thoughts welcome to put my mind at ease.

spots on the head of my penis.
approx 2 weeks a go i noticed 3 small spots with white tips and which are about 3mm long on the head of my penis, today i noticed 3 more small spots are starting to appear. i wash every morning and shower every evening and use an anti-bacterial wash. please can you advise me what is wrong and what action i should take....i'm starting to feel anxious about them.
