Scrotum Questions

Lump in Scrotum I'm 47 have got a lump at the bottom of my right testicle when being examined you can not feel all the way round the lump so I have had some really concerning views on it. I have had an ultra scan and it shows the lump 1.8cm not connected to the testicle. My specialist stated at first went through the whole speach about testicular cancer (had that twice now so well versed in what can happen), which was disappointing as I told him mid sentence I had a scan at it showed the lump not physically connected. He then changed mood to not a cancerous lump he never had my scans images with him. We then discussed where we go from here he inofrmed me removal would include the testicle when it gets more uncomfortable. I'm now a bit paranoid about my lump and feel it should not be there and to have it removed, I appreciate the view of not being able to have kids, not a real issue have two young adults and do not intend having more. Can I request a removal of the lump and testicle would appreaciate your thoughts. As the lump is engulfing my well being and is uncomfortable at times and is always there.

odor i am a 33 male, and i suffer from a sticky scrotum which also emits a foul smell. this happens even after showers. sometimes its almost rubbery smell, or just a rancid type odor. is there anyway to help solve this problem
