Period has come early
Hi, Im on the combined contraceptive pill and my periods are always very regular. However, I appear to have started my period 4 days early! Ive got cramps and quite a lot of bleeding despite the fact I only took the last pill in the pack on tuesday night and i dont normally start bleeding until the saturday.... Also, for the last few days ive been feeling nauseous quite a lot! I have taken 2 home pregnancy tests which have both come back negative. I have also been feeling light headed. Could I be pregnant but its too early to tell (despite being on the pill)? If not, what else could be causing it? Im starting to worry!

i slept with my bf on monday night we didn't use anything but he didn't ejaculate inside me could i still become pregnant ? my last period started on the 6th may please help as im worried

my ex girlfriend is pregnant, im sterile !
I had a vasectomy approx 7 years ago after deciding i didnt want any more children with my childrens mother, or any other female. We split up 4 years ago and I have had 3 sexual partners since we split. The results came back as negative. I have just found out that my x girlfriend is 12weeks pregnant. I have just had the results of another sperm count, and the results are still negative. My x partner is insisting that iam the father. What can i do as my x partner says it is mine. I dont beleave her.

periods
i had a baby 9 months ago, got pregnant 3 months later but lost the baby at 18 weeks on 3rd jan this year, i had a period that started on 30th jan and lasted for 8 days (mine usually lat 5 days) and ive always had a regular 28 day cycle which returned after my 1st child was born, but i havnt had a period since the 30th jan, we are trying for a baby and i took a pregnancy test about 2 weeks ago when i thought my period was due but it was negative so i havnt re-tested, ive had period like pains on and off and have been having hot flushes over the past few days, i had a full sti screening as well as swabs and blood tests to check for infections after the baby died which all came back clear, i just want to know what is causing my period to be so late because we are desperate to concieve again

THE DATE OF MY CONCEPTION
It seems late in the day to be asking this but I am worried about my conception dates please advise without prejudice
what is the earliest you get a pregnancy positive? i.e 2-5 days after sex is surely not possible as you can still take a morning after pill up to 72 hours after sex?

Pregnancy Question
Hi, I'm not sure if i've come to the right website for this question but here goes. I had sex with a girl on March 20th 2010. A couple of months later I found out she was pregnant with her new partner. I asked her due date which she told me was the 1st Feb 2011, this due date was from the hospital dating scan. She recently gave birth on the 25th Jan 2011(7 days early). I was wondering if the baby in anyway could be mine? I've calculated by adding 266 days that if it was mine it would have been due around December 11th 2010. Can a dating scan be 7 and a half weeks wrong also if it was mine would the baby be allowed to go 6 and a half weeks overdue. I know this is a bit of a weird question but I would just like the advice and information from a professional. Many Thanks, ******.

help regarding home pregnancy tests, would i have a positive result by now?
my last period was on december 11th. it finished around the 16h of december. i had unprotected sex on the 18th of december. i have read on the internet that right after your period is quite an unlikely time to get pregnant anyway, but i'm still worried. my periods are irregular since i stopped taking the pill and they vary every month. i think my cycle length is around 33 days but i'm not 100% sure. i used a period calculator and it said my periods should have been due around the 13th of january. i don't have them yet. i took a home pregnancy test yesterday. i used a superdrug own brand test which says it can give you a result 4 days before a missed period. the test was negative. what i'd like to know is, if i was pregnant, would i have had a positive result on the test? considering it's been 29 days since i had sex and my period already seems to be late. i know worry and stress can cause periods and be late or not come at all (this could be what's happened).

is my girlfriend pregnant
hi my girlfriend is 20 years of age ,she has been on the pill since she was 15,she changed the pill a few weeks ago to belera ,as she was getting headaches,we had an accident the 5 days ago condom broke.yesterday she had stomach cramps ,is she pregnant,she never misses the pill.

Concern as to the conception date of my unborn child
The first day of my last period was 11th June, I had unprotected sex on 13th, 22nd, 29th June. I then had light brown spotting on 2nd July which is also the date my 21 day cycle, I then had unprotected sex on 4th & 5th July. I did a pregnancy test on 6th July and it was positive. I have thought always the baby was conceived on 22nd June but keep having anxiety attacks - presumably it couldn't have been the 4th or 5th july as the pregnancy test showed up on the 6th and this would be too short a turnaround. Please advise

pregnant or not, confused !
i had unprotected sex 12 days ago. my periods are quite irregular since i stopped taking the contraceptive pill earlier this year. i never really keep a note of when i get my periods but i know the dates of my last two. the first was 20/10/2010 and the last was 08/11/2010 so my period was due this week. this morning i had brown discharge, which i usually get when my period starts but i only had a small amount this morning and then nothing since which isn't normal. after looking about on the net i read that this could be 'implantation bleeding' however, i keep getting twinges, not cramps, just little tugs in my stomach which i have got since i was 12 years old when i first started getting my periods and they usually mean my periods are due. i have taken 2 pregnancy tests, both say they detect pregnancy 4 days before a missed period and both have came back negative. what are the chances of me being pregnant and am i testing too early?

preganant had scan today shows one empty sac one smaller sac
my lmp was 18th june i think i ovulated on 2nd july , i got a positive test ive had 3 miscarridges last year we have left it 9 mths before trying again , anyway im pregnant again i have strong symptoms this time nausea , and breast tenderness , i had a scan today it showed one larger sac which was empty and one smaller sac with something there but it was to early to tell yet so i have to go back in two weeks , hcg levels were taking , what confuses me is that before all my symptoms went and i had a misscarridge , but this time its strong could it be i ovulated later than i thought and the scan was just to early to tell ? i have extensive blood tests all normal and a normal smear . i have read about vanishing twin could that of happened , and by my dates i should be 6 wks is that to early to diagnose a blighted ovum they didnt mention that , i just feel no one has explained what could happen anyway if you could help that would be great .
